What you need to know about mrphome Delivery & Returns.



Important Information

  • No delivery to PO Boxes
  • Furniture cannot be delivered to store
  • Furniture orders will be delivered separately to homeware deliveries.
  • Delivery times are based on working days i.e. excluding weekends & public holidays.

  • Click + Collect Economy R15
    5-7 Working Days
  • Click + Collect Express R35
    1-3 Working Days**
  • Door To Door Economy R50
    3-7 Working Days
  • Door To Door Express R70
    1-3 Working Days**
**Orders placed to outlying areas may potentially be delayed. 

Furniture & Large Homeware delivery costs and times

Furniture and large homeware items are delivered separately from homeware. Delivery will take between 5 - 7 working days. Zones are calculated by distance from the regional depots.



Zone 1 Major Metropole 0-50km R350
Zone 2 City / Town 51-100km R400
Zone 3 Regional towns 101-150km R500
Zone 4 Outerlying 151-350km R800
Zone 5 Rural 351-550km R1300
Zone 6 Remote >551km >R2500

Returns

If you aren't happy with your online purchase, you may return the products either:

Homeware items can be returned to your nearest MRP Home store (excluding furniture)

Furniture and large homeware items can only be returned via courier and not to a store.

By signing that you have received the item, it means that you are happy with it, if not send it back straight away!

Track your order

Log into your account and select the order you wish to track.

You will be able to see if your order has been received by mrphome, shipped, arrived or ready for collection

We will also send you e-mails and/or sms’s to advise you on the progress of your order.
